- The shared link or a screenshot, if it is about a payment page.
- Whether the issue happens every time or only once.
Payment links
Hati never moves money. If a friend marks paid by mistake, they can edit the amount from their browser link, and the organizer can still correct payment status in the iPhone app.
Receipt import
Receipt import is a Hati AI feature and every import needs review before it is saved. If a receipt comes back wrong, edit the lines before continuing and send us the example if it keeps happening.
