Terms of Use

Hati calculates shared bills, creates payment instructions, and tracks paid status. Hati is not a wallet, payment processor, bank, lender, escrow service, or financial adviser. Any external payment is handled outside Hati by the people involved.

Manual splitting is free. Weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions plus a lifetime unlock all provide the same Hati AI receipt import capability. Receipt import uses cloud AI and can make mistakes, so you are responsible for reviewing and editing the draft before saving it to a split.

Subscription purchases are charged to your Apple ID and renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase through the App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

Hati uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement for App Store apps. You can read it at Apple's standard EULA.

If you create or open a shared split link, do not include information that you do not want link recipients to see. Participants may update payment status, add a note, and upload proof screenshots when those features are enabled.

• Do not use Hati to harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate anyone.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or sensitive content through shared links or receipt import.
• Do not attempt to bypass Hati AI access, abuse Hati services, or interfere with the app.

Hati may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Cloud features depend on Hati services, Apple, and service availability.
